Materialul The Getaway a fost produs de catre Brian Joseph Burton "Danger Mouse" (Gorillaz, Beck, The Black Keys). Acesta este primul disc de studio al trupei de la lansarea din anul 1989 a materialului Mother's Milk ce nu va fi produs de catre Rick Rubin (Johnny Cash, Slayer, Aerosmith, Black Sabbath, Metallica, ZZ Top).

Cel mai recent album de studio al formatiei poarta numele I'm with You si a fost lansat in anul 2011.
